Job Description - Customer Care Officer - Remote Work


Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Care Officer to join our team at Tandem HR Solutions. This is a part-time remote work position based in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.


Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Must be energetic and able to handle high-pressure situations. - Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively. - Strong presentation skills.
