Stripe is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Care Officer to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, have strong presentation skills, and excel at problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. - Providing product information and assistance to customers. - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels. - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong presentation skills. - Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet. - Reliable and able to work independently. - Must have a quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection. - Must be located in Limerick, Munster, IE. - Equal opportunity employer.
