TikTok Dublin is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our remote team based in Limerick, Munster, IE. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, confident, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to higher levels of management when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Work with the customer care team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve effectively - Team player with a positive attitude - No previous experience required; training will be provided - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
