Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work


Job Description:


Zendesk International Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. This is a part-time, remote position based in Limerick, Munster, IE.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Collaborate with other team members to optimize the customer experience - Meet key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Hardworking and passionate about providing top-notch customer care - Adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs - Effective time management and organizational skills
