Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Etsy Ireland is seeking a highly motivated and independent Customer Service Assistant to join our remote team in Cork, IE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our Etsy sellers and buyers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order tracking, product inquiries, refunds, and other service-related issues - Research and resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on Etsy policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with special projects or initiatives related to customer service as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Etsy, is a plus - Must be located in Cork, Cork, IE and available to work remotely - Life insurance and disability insurance is a plus
