Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific Ireland. This is a remote work position based in Dublin, Ireland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Demonstrated track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
