Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Glofox is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Manager to join our remote team based in Dublin, Ireland. As a leading provider of fitness management software, Glofox is committed to revolutionizing the way gyms and fitness studios manage their businesses.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring they provide top-notch service to our clients. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for customer service team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service. 8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service roles, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Resilient and able to remain calm under pressure. 7. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 8. Experience working remotely is a plus. 9.
