Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

The Cool Bean Company is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote work position will be based in Limerick, Munster, IE and is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in the customer service field at a mid-to-senior level.

As a Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring the team provides excellent service to our customers, resolving escalated customer concerns, analyzing customer feedback to improve processes, and developing and implementing customer service strategies to meet company goals.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to persuade others effectively. Additionally, you should have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and be able to work independently in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and be proactive in finding solutions to problems. A strong understanding of customer service best practices and experience with customer service software is also required.
