As a Customer Service Manager at Dropbox Dublin, you will be responsible for overseeing the remote customer service team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include training, coaching, and monitoring the performance of customer service representatives, as well as providing feedback and support to help them excel in their roles. You will also be responsible for handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
In addition to managing the customer service team, you will work closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. You will be expected to analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You must be adaptable and dedicated, with excellent problem-solving and research skills.
