TikTok Dublin is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Officer working remotely from Galway, Connacht, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to lead conversations with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
