Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

CitySwift is currently seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of resilience and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance - Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Soft skills in teamwork and leadership - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
