Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


LogoGrab is looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Cork, Ireland. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide product and service information to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records - Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Assist with training new customer service team members - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's reputation for excellent customer service


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Leadership skills and the ability to cooperate with team members - Dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
