Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

As a Customer Service Specialist at Pfizer Ireland, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients while working remotely from the comfort of your own home. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals who are confident, motivated, and possess strong communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 2. Providing product information and assistance with orders. 3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers. 6. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
