Job Description:
Groupon International Limited is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to Groupon customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. 3. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve overall service offerings. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions. 8. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer service metrics.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and energetic personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions. 2. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills to work effectively within a remote team environment. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 5. Proficient in using technology and comfortable working in a remote setting. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
