Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Apple Ireland is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order support. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 4. Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service. 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective solutions. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Experience working in a remote customer service role. 6. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace.
