Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Zendesk International Ltd. This is a part-time remote position based in Galway, Connacht, IE, ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer success field. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing initial training on our products and services - Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention and growth - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and experiences - Assist with organizing and conducting customer feedback surveys and interviews - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
Requirements: - Resilient and motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in the customer success field - Attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
