Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Wayflyer is seeking a remote part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience and are successful in using our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support. 2. Understand customer needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and recommendations. 3. Onboard new customers and provide training on how to use our products effectively. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Gather feedback from customers to communicate to the product team for continuous improvement. 6. Analyze customer data and usage to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 7. Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. 2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to understand and solve customer problems. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to learn new technologies and products quickly. 5. Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, but not required. 6. Must be eligible to work in Ireland and have access to a stable internet connection. 7. Must be comfortable working in a global, remote environment.
