Job Description:
Medtronic Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and retention - Identify and address customer needs and issues in a timely and effective manner - Proactively engage with customers to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our products - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and escalations - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and best practices - Assist in the implementation of customer satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms
Requirements: - Motivated and energetic personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong adaptability skills to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Exceptional negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues and conflicts - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
