Job Description:
VMware Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is remote and offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in Munster, IE. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our valued customers to ensure their success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and regular check-ins - Understand each customer's unique business goals and objectives to provide tailored solutions and support - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries - Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in customer satisfaction and retention - Proactively identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to help customers maximize their investment in VMware products - Provide regular reporting and updates to management on customer success metrics and initiatives
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or software company - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail - Hardworking and resourceful attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
