Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Success Representative to join our team at Boston Scientific Ireland, located in Dublin. This is a remote work part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of 3 years of experience. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to maximize their satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and communicate any issues or feedback from customers - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services - Provide ongoing support and training to customers to ensure they are using our products or services to their full potential - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience working remotely and managing customer relationships from a distance - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success best practices
