Zutec, a leading construction software company based in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Assist customers with product troubleshooting and technical support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contribute to ongoing improvement of support processes and procedures - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor - Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Experience with CRM software and customer support tools - Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus - Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate
