Job Description:
Manna Aero is seeking a skilled Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a high level of independence and resilience, as well as strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries through email, phone, and online chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying and escalating any issues or trends to management for resolution - Providing feedback to the team on ways to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure - Leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members - Attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality customer service
