Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work


Job Description:


As a Customer Support Assistant at Tandem HR Solutions, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely. You will be the main point of contact for customers who have inquiries, issues, or need assistance with our HR solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with technical issues or troubleshooting related to our HR solutions - Track and document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with our internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations - Stay updated on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools - Availability to work part-time hours - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
