Job Description:
As a Customer Support Associate at Cooper Industries, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from your location in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries, complaints, and technical issues - Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on using our services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify trends in customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement - Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
