Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


SoapBox Labs is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for overseeing a team of customer support representatives, ensuring that they are providing top-notch service to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Oversee a team of customer support representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide training and support to new team members - Create and maintain customer support documentation and resources


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Reliable and motivated individual with strong emotional intelligence - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in customer support software and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
