Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Medtronic Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer support or related role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Manage customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven personality - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work remotely effectively - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
