Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

SilverCloud Health is seeking a part-time remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with any inquiries, technical issues, or account management tasks - Conduct research to resolve customer issues efficiently - Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong people management skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy - Proficient in conducting research to find solutions and answers for customers - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
