Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

As a Customer Support Specialist at Hexafly, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a remote work setting. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints, issues, and escalations with empathy and efficiency - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes


Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer support software and knowledge base tools - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus
