Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Teamwork is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team based in Cork, Ireland. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to help our customers succeed.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Collaborating with the product development team to address customer feedback and improve the user experience - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for analysis - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Providing guidance and training to customers on how to use our software effectively - Contributing to the overall success of the customer support team through teamwork and cooperation


Requirements: - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong cooperation and negotiation skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities - Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
