Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Indeed Ireland Operations Limited is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through live chat interactions. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Utilize persuasion skills to guide customers towards solutions - Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues - Document all interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills - Persuasion skills and ability to think critically - Ability to work remotely and independently - Familiarity with live chat software is preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
