Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a remote Live Chat Associate to join our team at LetsGetChecked. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are confident, hardworking, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through our live chat platform - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general support - Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers - Confident and able to work independently in a remote setting - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Presentation skills to engage customers effectively
