Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Artomatix is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team remotely in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related field. We are looking for someone who is driven, reliable, has strong research skills, and excellent decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming chat inquiries from customers, providing accurate and timely responses - Proactively engage with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote special offers and upcoming events - Monitor chat performance metrics and implement improvements to increase customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets - Proficiency in CRM software and chat platforms - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
