Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Airbnb Ireland is seeking a motivated and dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our remote team in Waterford, Munster. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to guests and hosts using our platform. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to live chat inquiries from guests and hosts in a timely and professional manner - Assist guests and hosts with booking accommodations, resolving issues, and answering general questions - Troubleshoot technical problems with the Airbnb platform and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and empathetic support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on Airbnb policies and procedures to provide accurate information to users

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using technology and online communication tools - Motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
