Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Representative at Oracle Ireland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with clients. This is a remote work position based in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level role, you will be expected to have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company - Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Driven to exceed customer expectations and meet performance goals - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Innovative mindset to bring new ideas to the team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
