Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Teckro, a global leader in transforming clinical development, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a significant impact on our day-to-day operations. As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through live chat services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through live chat - Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed key performance indicators to drive customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong analytical skills to quickly assess and resolve customer issues - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
