Account Support Assistant

Job description:

3D4Medical is seeking a reliable and independent Account Support Assistant to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, the Account Support Assistant will work part-time and will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the medical technology industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist the accounting team with daily administrative tasks 2. Review and reconcile financial reports and transactions 3. Prepare invoices and process payments 4. Maintain accurate records of financial data 5. Support the team in preparing financial statements and reports 6. Assist with budgeting and forecasting 7. Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes 8. Provide support to customers with billing inquiries

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role 2. Excellent planning and analysis skills 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy 5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 7. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
