As an Account Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work from home and support our talented team in delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Assist with managing client accounts and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategic account plans - Communicate effectively with clients to address any queries or issues in a timely manner - Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and events - Contribute to the overall success of the company by participating in team meetings and sharing innovative ideas - Uphold company values and promote a positive working culture within the team

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for the music and events industry is preferred - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients - Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Driven and dedicated personality with a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Soft skills in project management and teamwork to contribute to the success of the team
