Job Description:
IBM Ireland is seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Support Associate to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. This is a part-time, entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Assist with client communication and relationship management - Coordinate sales and marketing activities - Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders - Support the team with project management tasks - Collaborate with colleagues on cross-functional initiatives - Contribute to the achievement of team goals and targets - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements: - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Creative problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - A proactive and can-do attitude - Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
