Job Description:
Intercom is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team and ensuring the success of our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide dedicated account support to clients, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. 2. Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including setting up accounts, providing training, and guiding them through our platform. 3. Work closely with the account management team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 4. Regularly monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product, and customer support, to provide a seamless experience for clients. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to help optimize our account support services.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and dedicated individual with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail. 2. At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. 4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
