Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Indeed Ireland Operations Limited is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to join our team in Cork, IE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a hardworking and motivated attitude. As an Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and helping to ensure the success of their accounts.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, assisting with any questions or issues that may arise - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and provide solutions to help them achieve success - Manage and track client projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client expectations - Analyze data and provide insights to help clients make informed decisions - Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide training as needed - Monitor client accounts to identify any potential risks and proactively address them - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4+ years of experience in account support or a similar role - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent project management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
