Account Support Associate - Work from home

9th Impact, a leading mobile game developer based in Waterford, Munster, IE, is seeking a dedicated Account Support Associate to work remotely from home. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the Account Manager in maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your duties will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
