Job description:

Manna Aero is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience and is in a mid-to-senior level role.

As a Remote Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts remotely. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing any account issues or concerns, ensuring client satisfaction, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling products or services to clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful and hardworking, with strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
