Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Intercom is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in account management and customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer support and relationship management. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 5. Provide training and guidance to junior account support team members. 6. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
