Job Description:
Phorest is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual with strong people management and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction - Provide product guidance and support to clients, assisting with any technical issues or questions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions - Monitor account activity, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and achieve revenue targets - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Travel to client locations as needed for on-site support and training - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and up-to-date on company updates
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
