Job Description:
Penneys is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, and possess strong teamwork and time management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to key accounts, including managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account activities and meet customer needs - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth - Prepare and present reports on account activity and performance - Assist with the development of account strategies and tactics - Attend meetings with clients to discuss account progress and strategy - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in the retail industry is a plus
