WarDucks, a cutting-edge gaming company based in Waterford, Munster, IE, is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related inquiries. 2. Develop strategic account plans to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and new business opportunities. 4. Analyze account performance metrics and provide insightful recommendations for improvement. 5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services to clients. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies. 7. Attend client meetings and presentations as needed, representing the company in a professional manner.
Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in account management or customer success roles. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. 3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6.
