Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Plynk is seeking a highly experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management or customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts remotely, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs - Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, providing excellent customer support - Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and strategies to meet client objectives - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and updates to clients - Implement best practices in account management to drive client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Conduct regular analysis of account performance and industry trends to identify areas for improvement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Confident and passionate individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability - Excellent project management and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and remotely, while effectively collaborating with team members - Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and exceeding targets - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
