Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Swrve is seeking a motivated and resilient Account Support Manager to join our team in Cork, IE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in account management or customer support roles. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Monitor client account performance and provide regular updates - Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services - Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in account management or customer support roles - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
