Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Kinesis Health Technologies is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a mid-to-senior level position with at least 8 years of experience, the Account Support Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships - Understand and anticipate client needs, providing proactive support and solutions - Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Monitor client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for retaining and expanding client base - Provide ongoing support and training to clients on our technology platform - Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Driven and hardworking with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
