Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic Account Support Manager to join our team at Wayflyer. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping them navigate our platform and maximizing their experience with our services. This role is a part-time position that will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on how to best utilize our platform to achieve their financial goals - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into our platform - Analyze client data and provide insights and recommendations to help improve their performance and ROI - Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that clients may be facing, working to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of support to clients


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in account management or customer support roles - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong soft skills in innovation and creativity - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively - Experience working remotely and using virtual communication tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
